Terminology

Warp - The vertical threads that hold the stripe pattern

Weft - The horizontal threads that will stay one solid color

Color Options

Each set of tea towels typically has about 4-6 different colors plus another for the weft. Each area of color can be all different, or you can choose to use the same color(s) in the outer stripes as in one or more of the inner stripes.

Here is an example of different weft colors creating a different look based on what color choice is made. The main stripe motif is the same but the weft color is in a white, purple, and pink.
